  Past live chats are not visible anywhere in your account. We’re hoping to add that history at a later point, but right now it doesn’t exist.

  You should also have received a transcript via email when your chat ended. If you no longer have that, please tell me concerning what the chat was, and what information you’re looking for, and I’d be happy to provide it here.
