Can’t find Application Passwords feature even though I have WordPress version 5.8

Hi, I’m trying to connect my WordPress/WooCommerce store to Zapier using the woocommerce zapier plugin. I keep getting the following error ‘authentication failed: The username and/or password you supplied is incorrect.’

I enabled the WooCommerce Zapier logs from within the WordPress backend. Then, I tried reauthenticating from within the Zapier platform in order to repeat the error. After that, I saw in the logs, that what’s blocking the connection is my use of 2 factor authentication. I don’t want to disable that, but I also don’t want to just create an admin account without that.

I saw mention of the Application Passwords Management feature in WordPress for all version 5.6 and onward, however I do not see it in the backend where it’s suppose to be (Users > Profile).

I have version 5.8 for my wordpress. Is there a specific plugin I need to install in order to use this new feature? And if not, why wouldn’t it be automatically included in my updated version of wordpress?

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
