Can’t find billed account

Hi, I bought a domain in march 2020 and was recently billed again for this prior to the renewal date. I can no longer access the account due to forgetting the log in detail. I have gone through the ‘forgotten password’ link and have changed that but was then promoted to put in a user name instead of my email and unfortunately I can remember that either. I then followed the ’email me a log in link’ route and was log into this old account which shows no purchase history. I am unable to log into the paid for domaine and need to cancel the renewal!!!!
