  Ugh! I paid $13 to register my domain and have ads post to my blog when I signed up, only to find that it is not listed as my primary domain. Now that I’ve changed it to my primary domain to take advantage of the advertising opportunity as WordPress says it provides, it’s like everything I’ve posted has been erased? The url is not coming up, I can’t click on my blogs and this is extremely frustrating, feeling like I have to start over. I thought there was a 24hr call center available for support.

  I see that you mapped the domain byobtraining.com to your WordPress.com site, but the domain isn’t pointed to WordPress.com yet. That means your WordPress.com site won’t show up when you visit the domain.

  The domain byobtraining.com was originally registered with GoDaddy on March 15, 2013. If you registered the domain then, you’ll need to change your name servers to the following in order to point it to your blog here at WordPress.com:

  • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you’re not sure how, you’ll need to contact your registrar, GoDaddy, for assistance.
