Hi, I can’t find my domain after my 2-year subscription expired. This is my domain displays when I search it.

‘Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.

If this is your domain name and it has recently stopped working, it’s possible that your plan or domain may have expired. Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain. ‘

  • Hi there!

I had a look at your account, and I can see you used to have a domain registered with us, heavenlyph.com, but you transferred it away in September 2020.
It’s pointing to a Shopify site right now.

Were you referring to a different domain?

yes, its heavenlyph.com domain and yes it was transferred away but the domain connection is still on WordPress. Every time I search the domain, it leads me a to error wordpress page.

  • The domain connection subscription has expired, so it doesn’t work anymore. The domain’s DNS records also don’t point to WordPress.com anymore. When I go to see your site, it works correctly on my end.

Every time I search the domain, it leads me a to error wordpress page.

What exactly are you searching for? Are you accessing any links you find on search engines? If so, which exactly?

How can I subscribe to the domain connection again?
I tried to check heavenlyph.com on the search engine and it says

“Error: Active domain connection for this domain not be found

Something unexpected happened while accessing this website.

Please recommend to gain the domain connection for the domain. I assume the domain was still on wordpress because the favicon is still wordpress logo.

  • If you still own the domain and would like to use it with your site heavenlyph.wordpress.com, then you would need to purchase one of our paid plans and connect the domain as explained here:
