Can’t find Editor Section in Appearances

I am not able to find the Editor section In appearances, I need to make few changes in it

You have been looking at instructions for the WordPress.org software, much of which don’t apply to your site. WordPress.com operates differently and you can’t edit your theme in the same way as WordPress.org if your site is hosted here. You could upgrade to the WordPress.com Premium plan to be able to use custom CSS.
