Can’t find menu to change my header into mobile friendly

  I have a website portfolio (WIP) here: https://siochoy.me/portfolio/hiburan-akhir-tahun/

  I want when I open that page in Mobile version, the image in the header will following the mobile site size :(( Is there anything that I can do?

  Correct account: Yes

  This looks like an issue with your there and therefore you need to contact the theme author.
