Cant find my email confirmation, therefore can’t move past that process to access my site

    I’m part of Perks of presentation site, having been invited to administer, I got in the first day, and now it keeps asking me to confirm my email with an email sent, but I can’t find it. please can you reset my email confirmation. please allow me access to site, as it’s part of my uni assessment. Thank you

    Hi there,

    All our emails to your WordPress.com account email are bouncing. This is to both the version with the period, and the version without, that you have tried.

    If you’re certain those emails are correct, it means your email provider is rejecting those emails on their end. Please contact your email provider, or if this is a university email, your admin department, and ask whether they can whitelist WordPress.com on their end so our emails can get through.

    If not, you’ll need to use a different email address for your WordPress.com account.
