  I see two sites on your account. perfectharmonycreditsolutions.wordpress.com and jeanetteedney.com.

  The first one is hosted here on WordPress.com, whereas the second one is using the WordPress software and it’s hosted by Bluehost.

  If you need help with the first one, you can ask here in these forums. If you need help with the second one, then you need to contact your host or post in the WordPress.org forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/).

  perfectharmonycreditsolutions.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by GoDaddy. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
