Cant find my word press account

    Please read carefully.

    Hi there. I can not find my WordPress account for asmallbusinessidea4u and when I choose the forget password option, none of my email addresses get the rest link. Also I have emailed you way back in October about an account for asmallbusiness4u.com to be cancelled you all have been charging me for a site I wanted cancelled, it was not in use. I would like a full refund for asmallbusiness4u.com.
    I was charged since october and there after each month for asmallbusiness4u. The email for asmallbusiness4u.com no longer exist. Please cancel asmallbusinessidea4u.com. asmallbusinessidea4u.com is the website I want to keep. The issue also is that I cannot find my WordPress account for asmallbusinessidea4u.com for some reason. The user name was asmall. Please help with this confusion. Its very annoying. I want to log into my account and work on my site but unable to log in.

    I understand this is frustrating, but I’m afraid this forum isn’t the right place for help with this:

    Right now you’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. You had the domain, asmallbusinessidea4u.com, connected to your site at http://asmallbusinessidea4u.wordpress.com/ using our Domain Connection upgrade on our monthly Business Plan under the supportb68d39ea69 account you used to create this thread, but you’ve since cancelled that and you’re no longer using this domain with us.

    The asmallbusinessidea4u.com domain is registered through Namecheap.com, and is currently also hosted with them. The site you have at that domain at the moment was built using the open source version of WordPress, made on WordPress.org, and has no connection at all to us on WordPress.com.

    If you’re having trouble accessing your admin user account for that site, please contact Namecheap support directly, as they’re the only ones who can help you update the password in the site’s database.

    For help with the version of WordPress you’re using on that site, you can ask the WordPress.org community in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    asmallbusiness4u.com has never been hosted with us on WordPress.com, and you’re not paying us for anything related to that site or domain.

    That domain is also registered and hosted on Namecheap.com, so you need to contact Namecheap directly for help with cancelling that domain.

    I can see an email from you in our system from October, but that was regarding cancellation of a Google Workspace email subscription, which your account has never owned with us. You also posted in our forums at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/unable-to-access-my-account-9/ with the same question that you asked via email.
