can't find option to change name servers
-
I recently purchased hosting through Bluehost in order to move my WordPress.com blog to WordPress.org. I’ve exported my blog’s data from here, and installed WordPress there — I can’t get to the wp-admin login to be able to import my data and get going (it takes me to my wordpress.com login), so I need to be able to edit the name servers to point to the new site. (Correct?)
When I go through Store > My Domains, my only options to edit are Email and DNS. This is the account/username that I purchased the domain upgrade through, so not sure why the option isn’t available?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

jamelah.net is not registered through WordPress.com, it is just mapped here. So that is likely why you are having issues changing the Nameserver. According to whois data, your registrar is http://www.melbourneit.com.au:
http://who.is/whois/jamelah.net
You will need to log into your account there in order to make DNS/Nameserver changes for jamelah.net.
