Can’t find or log into my website design page

    Hello I can’t seem to find my account for my website design page. When I switched hosting services it got taken down. I need help finding and logging into my account so I can republish it with my new hosting service. My website is proventureprototyping.com

    Hi there!

    I checked the domain proventureprototyping.com and found that the domain was never hosted by us at WordPress.com. This means your site was using the WordPress.org software and it was hosted elsewhere (by your previous hosting service provider).

    We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    Please contact your previous hosting service provider for help with access to the site. We aren’t able to help here as the site wasn’t hosted by us at WordPress.com. Once you have contacted your host, they can help you get an export of your previous site that you can import into your Namecheap hosting. You can contact Namecheap support for help with importing the site once you’ve downloaded an export from your previous host.
