Wordpress is the host. The website disappeared. I thought maybe we owed a payment. If so I would like to pay it.
This is what squarespace told me- You are the host;
Okay – So I talked to squarespace help center and because you’re pointing the domain away from squarespace and over to a wordpress site, this is actually a wordpress issue and needs to be resolved there.
This is what they said:
I see. Your SSL would be managed by the host your pointing the domain name to. We would only provide you with an SSL if the domain is pointing to a Squarespace site. I would recommend reaching out to the host you’re pointing the domain to. -
Hi there,
To clarify, we are not the only provider of WordPress sites. So it is possible that you have a self-hosted WordPress site, which are sites that you create on a “traditional web host” like Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.
Do you recall the name of the “host” you used to house your WordPress site? If so I would reach out to your provider directly so that they can take a closer look.
On this end I can confirm that we do not host soultothepollmke.org and have never had a site with that URL on our WordPress.com managed service. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
