  Wix owns the domain which is currently active. Expired on 12/23 but now wordpress doesn’t even show my website.

  I have had a wordpress site for years and now its gone under my account. Wix expired on the 23rd which i just renewed and its active but wordpress has nothing.

  It looks like jetpack isnt connected but i cant access the full dashboard for my site to connect it

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  A friend created it but I always logged in with my email address of (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the site is backyardboardsofnj.com

  I had to renew the wix domain hosting today but now I can’t get on web based but can get into with the WP app but there are loads of error on the app with populating info as well as woocommerce not populating a thing as well
