Can’t find subscription under purchases

Hello,
I have a recurring subscription connected to a WordPress.com site, but when I log in to my WordPress.com account, the subscription does not appear under Purchases.
Because it is not listed there, I’m unable to cancel it myself.
Could this mean that the subscription is connected to another WordPress.com account, a different email address, or the site owner’s payment system instead of my own WordPress.com account?
What is the best way to find out where the recurring subscription is connected and how to cancel it?

It’s likely connected to another email/account or handled directly by the site owner’s payment system. Check your payment receipt email or contact WordPress.com support with the transaction details to locate and cancel it.
