Can't find the add new theme button

  when I go to appearance then themes there is no add new theme for my custom theme. I’m on a mac running sierra and surfing through safari

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At WordPress.com you choose to activate one of the 377 free or Premium themes found here:-

  Themes purchased elsewhere are designed just for self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software.
