Can’t find the domain that I have to renew.

    Hi. I got an email saying I have to renew my domain ‘briarprastiti.com’ because it’s ‘about to expire’. I’m staring at my domains on my account and all I’m seeing is briarprastiti.wordpress.com, which is ‘included with the site’, and ‘never expires’. Can’t see briarprastiti.com anywhere. What do I do?

    So, it appears that the issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

    A good place to start is to use the email address that the notifications are being sent to in the lost password tool: http://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    If that doesn’t work, you should be able to have success with the account recovery tool: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
