Can’t find the owner email

    hi wordpress support my name is joni And:

    I made a refund and it deleted all the accounts regarding the domain
    subsilky.wordpress.com

    all admins log into the account to see if we have access to send invite and we cannot find the owner I contact support and says go to ‘https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/’ and I can not find anything about it I can get help with this?

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure I understand. I see that the site subsilky.com was hosted here at WordPress.com under our Business plan, but I can confirm that the plan was cancelled/refunded and on Nov. 29th the domain subsilky.com was transferred to Namecheap.

    Looking at the current domain settings I see subsilky.com has a Cloudflare DNS, and is no longer connected to us directly. To clarify, you have moved to a new host for subsilky.com yes?

    Is your issue that you are not able to log in to subsilky.com now that it is at the new host? Did you use the Jetpack migration tool here to move your site from WordPress.com to the new host? https://jetpack.com/support/cloning/

    If not can you tell us a bit more about how you migrated files to your new host? Thanks for the additional info!
