Can’t find the purchase item in my profile

  I purchase an jetpack license (Receipt ID: 65175065). It is strange that I got email about the purchase but can’t find it in my profile. And can’t find a place to apply the license key. I wonder if I didn’t login before purchase, so that it is not link up to my account. Now I can’t use the service and can’t cancel the order (because I can’t find it under purchase section). Anyone can help to tell me how to solve this issue.
