  Hi, I can not upload my own theme.
  When I’m trying to upload my own theme, there is a text appears that I have to upgrade if I want to access the install features. Can you help?

  If you want to use a third party or a custom theme on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
