  can’t find “update services option” under my writing section in my blog dashboard.
  i need help on how to update blog pinging services on my blog.

  All wordpreess.COM blog like the one linked to your username have pingomatic built in. We cannot edit templates and add additional ping services nor do we need to. http://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=editing+templates
