Can’t find WordPress dashboard….

  I was working on my website a few month ago then I stopped… now, I can’t get back to the WordPress dashboard. I used to be able to access it from the website but that’s no longer possible. My website is still there I just can’t edit it or find my WordPress dashboard.

  When I go to the ffffff.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword page it says my email doesn’t exist even though i have emails from wordpress…

  The website is: blackthaienglish.com

  I was definitely using the wordpress website builder not the blog site, I am assuming it was WordPress.com. Actually, I can access WordPress.org so it’s definitely not there.

  I can’t find the original WordPress email anywhere in my files. I had purchased the OceanWP bundle and I installed Elementor.

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
