  I searched on Google on how I could change the URL on my wordpress post but the given information aren’t reliable and still can’t find it on my dashboard settings. Send me help about it. thanks.

  You can’t change the permalink structure on a free wordpress.com website. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
