Can’t follow or unfollow blogs in WordPress.com Reader

    Hi, I stopped using Jetpack a while ago, but I’ve recently reactivated it. I can’t seem to follow or unfollow any blogs on the reader – the button no longer appears. I currently follow 268 blogs and I’d like to curate this down a bit. Thanks!

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. Could you please try the following steps and see if that helps?

    * Clear the browser cache. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
    * Try from a different browser than the one you normally use.
    * Log out and log back in to your WordPress.com account.
    * Try following/unfollowing different blogs in the WordPress.com Reader and see if you face difficulties with all blogs.

    If the above doesn’t solve the issue, please take a screenshot of what you see when trying to follow/unfollow blogs (when the button doesn’t appear). You can upload the screenshot to your site and share the URL to the image here or use a tool like https://snipboard.io
