Can’t gain access to edit website

  I have a website built through WP but I can’t gain access via /wp-admin to update it. I’ve tried every user name and email address I have and each one says account doesn’t exist!? Can’t find a number to ring anyone either

  What is the site URL? Is it hosted with us here at WordPress.com or is it a self-hosted WordPress.org site?
