cant get access to back end

  HI Guys

  recently i had a website designed by ‘a pro’ however i am having endless hassles and now when i try access my back in it wint let me so i changed the pass wrod got it sent tp me email did the whole shebang and still no joy.

  Help i really need to get cracking and every 24 hours is another delay, i cant market it unless it is working.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
