Can't get any help!!

I setup an account last year, never did anything with it though. I dont remember my email address it was setup under NOR do I remember my username. I can provide the creditcard info to wordpress to validate but that’s it. I need to CANCEL the account. Since I cant log into support to ASK them for any of this with that account (since I dont remember the email or username) I have no choice but to argue the charge when it renews with my bank against WordPress.
Is there ANY HELP I can get? I need the account closed before it renews the domain for the year. I dont want it anymore.
