can't get back into word press and don't know my password

    I had help starting to set up a blog from a friend months ago. I am now back trying to take off from where I left it,now with my teenage daughters help. We are a bit lost. We downloaded WordPress before it was updated. My username was”EatRealFood101.com but we have just changed it to “wenourishtoflourish.com. I have a password that doesn’t work and the program signed us out right after we changed the user name. We need help with this. My daughter is very frustrated with me and we don’t know what to do to move forward

    Well, I think you’d best start with http://learn.wordpress.com because those are not usernames, they are URLs.
