Can’t get back to my website

    I changed name servers with WordPress codes I got from website
    Since then the email connected to website doesn’t get mail and I can’t get back to my website which was almost done. I filled out account recovery form but it didn’t like the receipt number or transaction ID I have from original $300 purchas of WordPress.com for business. Please help.

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com account you are posting from. Typically, this means that you ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point and THAT is the one that the Business Plan upgrade is connected to.

    Can you check your records and see if you can log into the correct account? What is the domain of the site you are trying to access?
