Can't get help or even cancel, I just keep getting billed

    Hello, I’m at my wits end. After paying monthly for just over a year, I haven’t managed to get a working site active, and now I can’t find any pages, can’t get through to support, can’t even use any of the email or website links – I just get blank pages.

    I’ve just received a second invoice within a couple of days of the last one, and I really need to cancel this thing and try to get some sort of refund. I’m on a small pension, I can’t afford this. The cancellation page comes up as blank as every other wordpress page I try to access.

    Please, how do I get attention and assistance?

    Ok that sounds most odd, can you tell me what browser extensions you’re using please? In particular any ad blockers – what you’re describing sounds like the work of ad blockers there.
