Cant get into my site

  I am a long time member I had a problem getting into to add a post and someone helped. That fix does not work anymore. My WordPress site is tedshead.me or http://tedsheadco.worpdress.com I am a paying customer and have been for ten years or more. It says I don’t have any sites yet. That is crazy
