cant get into my site with you

My site is on a aplus.net server but developed and maintained with you/wordpress. However I cant get to my site for some reason- maybe because it was not kept up to dat e for over a year w plug ins etc— How do I contact you/wordpress or get to my site (mandrstrategists.com) or does anyone have any suggestions??: I dont want to start over. APLUS says they can not help
