can’t get into my website

hi. My account says I don’ have a WordPress account so I’m not sure if you can help or not? My son did up a website for me and thought he linked it with WordPress. it’s http://www.pagishavanese.co.za. I used to be able to load the website and now I can’t. Just says ‘not secure’. I haven’t used the site for a while so I wanted to update it. Any suggestions? I also have emailed ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ to see if they can offer any suggestions. Thank you
