Can't get into the Appearance, Themes section of WordPress in my Dashboard

  Hi, I am using Confit theme at the moment on my blog and I would like to make some changes, either changing the theme or tweaking it. However, I can’t get into the Themes page in Appearance as it gets stuck loading. My other WordPress blog is fine, so it’s not a problem with that section of WordPress just my particular blog. Can you help me?
