Hi there,
As a first step, could you try disabling all of your plugins, and then activate Jetpack first? This will help us determine if we’re looking at a plugin related conflict.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, you might try temporarily switching to a default theme, like Twenty Eleven. This will help us determine whether it’s an issue caused by your theme.
Don’t hesitate to contact us again if you need anymore help. :-)

Sure — feel free to send it to us at help@wordpress.com
Can you also please try installing the Jetpack Compatibility Plugin so we can see some additional information from your site?
1) Download the plugin from http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/jetpack/branches/jetpack-compatibility-test.zip
2) Upload the plugin to your site via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New.
3) Activate the plugin and go to Plugins -> Jetpack Compatibility Test.
4) Click the “Select All” button.
5) Send the results of the test back in the email. Thanks!
