Cant get my header to show logo in mobile and ipad

    I have tried to get the logo and text of my header to show on mobile and on ipad . On my worpress site if I switch between the view it shows me the correct views for mobile and iPad and my header fits perfectly but if I browse from my mobile or from a ipad it still just shows a blue background with no logo . So the view on mobile and iPad is not correct when browsing.
