Can't get pingback to work

    Hello I have been working on this problem for a while. I have the setting ‘Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article’ on in my discussion settings page, but no matter what I do, when I link other blogs in my posts, they don’t get any type of notification about it and I don’t know how to fix it.
