Can’t get started-password problem

I am trying to get started through my Site Ground site to power my Printful account which all supposed to go through Word Press. For some reason every time I set a new password and go back it denies me, on the Site Ground and there is no help button, Can you help?

Hi! These forums are actually for the sites hosted here with us. Those are different from self-managed copies of the free WordPress software:

https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/getting-started/getting-help-from-our-support-team/Also, when you say it denies you, can you confirm you’re logging into yoursite.com/wp-admin , rather than into WordPress.com? The logins will most likely be different. If you need help recovering access to a site at SiteGround, this may help:
