can't get to a 'pay' page

I am trying to renew my account and I cannot get to a new payment page….

Hi there,
What exactly are you trying to renew? The only upgrade on your WordPress.com account is the Premium theme, Portfolio, which you bought in 2012, and that upgrade cannot be renewed.
I see you also used to have a Premium Plan on your WordPress.com site, beeskneesonline.wordpress.com. That plan expired a few weeks ago, so if you still want Premium on that site you’ll need to buy a new plan from My Site ->Plans instead.
Also note that the site you indicated in this thread, beeskneesart.com, is NOT a WordPress.com, but a self-hosted site connected via Jetpack. WordPress.com upgrade plans do not apply to that site.

Thank you so much for assisting me! I am new to this role of updating and being in charge of these pages. What I need to do is renew so that anybody who visits beeskneesonline.org will be redirected to beeskneesart.com. Seems that is what has expired and that linkage has been lost. Can you help me to renew that ability? I assume we were doing that through our wordpress process??? And I have no idea once I renew how to see where we set that forwarding process into motion. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Right. beeskneesonline.org was only mapped here, not registered. I can help you map it here again, but if you want beeskneesonline.org to redirect to your site at beeskneesart.com you don’t actually need an upgrade on our end to do that. Instead you can just set up a redirect from the .org domain to the .com domain via GoDaddy, where the .org domain is registered.
Let me know if you need me to help you add that mapping back, but there’s no reason for you to pay us for an upgrade if you can do it directly from your domain provider :)
