can’t get to the name i purchased

    Hi Guys,
    Last week I purchased a two year plan with wordpress to start a website named survivalpacksystems.com. I did nothing to the page at that time and just tried to sign in to start working on it. WordPress recognizes me but seems to be trying to sell me the same package again. My domain name is registered through Inmotion and although I didn’t choose to transfer the domain name I did purchase two years of domain mapping. This is what wordpress is trying to resell me.

    I will say that the credit card I used flagged you guys and got in touch with me to ask if the attempted charge is Ok. I said that it was so the charge should have gone through.

    I’m absolutely non-tech savvy with this type of thing so please get in touch with me to tell me what to do in order to get to work on my website.

    Hi Mark,

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com, and have never bought any upgrades from us. This account was created on 29 October.

    The site, survivalpacksystems.com, belongs to a different account which was created later, on 10 November, with the username, survivalgreenguy. So it looks like you’re logged into the wrong account.

    Go to https://wordpress.com/me/ and click the Sign Out button, and then log back in using the correct username, and you’ll have access to your site and all the upgrades you purchased from us.
