Can't get to wp-admin after permalink change

    I was watching a Youtube tutorial, “How to make a WordPress Website – 2019 – For Beginners” by Tyler Moore and about using permalink to get rid of the index.php/2018/03/26 in the URL to make your site more professional looking. He said to Dashboard, Settings, Permalinks. I selected Custom Name, selected the field and selected Post name and saved the changes. Now when I type in my site name /wp-admin, the browser downloads a file and my site doesn’t open. Now I stuck and have no idea what to do now.
