Can´t install and connect Jetpack

    When I wanna install Jetpack, it shows ´Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.´
    But I don´t find where the folder is, since all the website editings were done online (I use a chromebook). I found some related answers said just delete the folder and then re-install Jetpack, all the problem would be fixed. Seems like not suit for me.

    Please help me figure it out.

    You’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /jetpack/ directory there.

    Once that’s done, you’ll be able to reinstall Jetpack normally from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.
