Cant install divi in free account

  I cant install Divi in my free account of wordpress. It is asking me to pay for a plan.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s because the Free Plan only has basic possibilities to built a site or blog. If you want upload a theme or plug-ins, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.

  So strange. I have another account with another email, also free, and I was able to upload Divi.

  It was never possible to install a third party theme or plugin on the Free Plan of wordpress.com. Are you sure you aren’t talking about a site using the free open source wordpress.org?
