CAN'T INSTALL THEME!!

  Good morning:

  I just purchased a theme from Theme Forest (called “Pont”). However, I cannot see the place to install it, even though I have watched several tutorial videos. Most of these tutorials show the Upload button in the upper right corner, but that doesn’t display on my screen. Help!

  It’s not possible to upload themes here at WordPress.com. That’s a special feature of self-hosted WordPress.org blogs.
