Can’t install themes

  Hi there,

  I’m getting the dreaded ‘An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums,’ message when I try to install themes. I’ve visited several other sites with people who have experienced similar issues and resolved them by utilizing the SSH. I have installed PutTy for windows, but I can’t really find any great info on how to actually solve the problem. Any specific details on how to fix this would be very much appreciated. I’m using BlueHost for my hosting site. Pretend you’re walking a 5 year old through this please. Thanks!
