Can't load new media, can't post, can't get into SEO Yoast

  I am trying to add new media, just sits at 2% and spins. When I try to post, it will save as a draft and then I can’t publish. I googled so I tried to see if there was a problem with SEO Yoast and when I try to get into that on my dashboard, it will never load. I uninstalled all plug ins and that didn’t work. I tried to publish with no plug ins.

  I also tried changing my theme to a regular, still couldn’t post. The blog referenced above (automatically) isn’t correct. It is http://www.funnyfarmnc.com
