  You’ve mentioned cocanha.com which is actually registered at Dream Host and also hosted through them. There’s no connection between that domain and our managed hosting environment at WordPress.com. You should contact DreamHost for help.

  Otherwise, the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ are where you’ll get help for your version of WordPress.
