Can't locate my blog on google

  I have not worked on this blog in over a year but want to “activate” again. I see it is still an “active” domain but when I go to find it on the web, it isn’t there. I am unsure how to go about “activating” it again for use. I assume I need to pay somewhere but am unsure how to do it.
