Can’t log in

Hello, I am trying to have a professional help me do a little work on my website and can’t log in. I have actually never been able to log in using a username and password and have always just clicked the log in with wordpress button or logged in using bluehost. When I try to log in it says that my email does not match. Can you help me figure out what my username and password are?
