    Can you please give the complete URL of the site?

    No free WordPress.com site with the address, bagsuniverse.wordpress.com, has ever been created on WordPress.com.

    If you’re referring to bagsuniverse.com, that is not a WordPress.com site, but instead is using the open source WordPress.org software hosted by Ionos.com. If that’s the site you’re speaking of, you’ll need to contact Ionos support for help instead.
